Company Profile

The Law Firm of Diaz & Associates consists of a well-honed team of professionals working together to obtain a common goal. That goal is to help as many people as possible to continue to live the "American Dream" of owning their own home. We accomplish this in a seasoned time tested three pronged approach. After an assignment is initiated, preliminary data is collected and maintained in your file as the first step is started.

1. Mortgage Analysis; All data is reviewed by our mortgage and finance expert. After evaluation; the file is forwarded, along with any relevant comments, to our legal department for their review.
   
   
2. Foreclosure Defense; Our legal department prepares and files all necessary paperwork in response to any pending legal issues, giving our processing team sufficient time to complete the modification process.
   
   
3. Processing and Negotiation; Our processing team is tenacious, and is familiar with the proper methods to contact the right people. They know the bank negotiators as well as the language of the finance world. With decades of experience, they prepare your modification package and negotiate all aspects of your current mortgage to obtain for you the best possible loan modification terms.
