Diaz, Esq. and his Partner, Adrian J. Johnson, Esq. Michael Fletcher (non-attorney) who is the long-serving Executive Director of Operations is responsible for the management of all Firm offices. Mr. Fletcher's team's responsibilities include, but are not limited to administration, marketing, human resources, vendor management, business development, and administrative client services for the Firm. Mr. Fletcher is credited for maintaining over 300 open cases on a continuous basis and his leadership has generated over 300 new clients per year for the last five years.
